Customer Service Rep 1

We are an internet based electronic cigarette company located in Ferndale, Washington that is growing by leaps and bounds! We are running the internet based portion out of a warehouse but, we are also about to open up a store front which is where you come in. We are currently looking at hiring one P/T (with the high possibility of F/T) customer service representative. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Weekend availability is a MUST. If you cannot work weekends please do not apply. We are a small close knit team here and are excited to bring someone new onto the crew. We offer a great work environment, have a lot of fun while getting the job done, and are hoping to bring on someone with the same desire of long term employment. Our daily tasks include:

• Answering Phones - We help customers order, process returns, handle complaints, or help them understand the product.
• Answering Emails - Some of our requests are sent in over the internet since that is how we are based, so we help them by replying in a quick and friendly manner
• Packing Orders - We process and pack orders that are placed online.
• Retail - Our store is about to open, so you will be the face of the company and need to have knowledge of the product to help the customers out with any inquiries.
• Writing - We write articles, blogs, and newsletters here and you may be asked to participate with this to help us maximize our publicity.
• Stock Shelves/Light Cleaning - When we have down time we like to make sure everything is ready to go for the next busy day, and we like to have things clean so we dust, vacuum, and break down boxes.
