TIP: Propylene Glycol is used for people who want to cut their own e-Juice, also known as e-Liquid. For instance, if you are buying 36mg of nicotine juice, you may want to cut it down to something lighter. Most people prefer 18mg or less. So if you purchase a 36mg of 30ml nicotine juice, you will have twice that amount after cutting it. So take 30ml of 36mg juice, and mix it with 30ml of propylene glycol. The end result is 60ml of 18mg nicotine strength. This is a very cost effective way to use your electronic cigarette. Most people use Propylene Glycol
Vegetable Glycerin is very similar to that of Propylene Glycol. It is also used for cutting of e-juice. You will use this in the same fashion. Some people prefer Vegetable Glycerin as it has some different properties. Some say it is sweeter and creates a thicker vapor.
