How do I place an order?

Online Purchases

Simply browse through our online catalog and click on products that interest you. If you would like to purchase a product, simply specify the number of units you would like to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will then be redirected to your shopping cart which displays all of the products you have added to your cart. If you would like to proceed to checkout and pay for your item(s), click the "Go to Checkout" button and you will then be directed to the three step secure payment procedure. After completing the payment, you will receive a detailed order invoice in your registered email account.
Most orders will ship within 24 hours.

Do I have to create an account with ecigExpress.com to place an order?

No, you can check out as guest if you prefer.  Creating an account is optional.  However, creating an account will offer benefits such as being able to check order status via your account.

How do I track my order?

You will receive detailed tracking information within 24 hours of order placement (Not including weekends and holidays).  To track your order, go to www.usps.com

Can I cancel my order with ecigExpress.com?

Order cancellation is only available if your order has not been shipped yet.  You must contact us immediately and receive confirmation of your cancellation.  If the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.  We will refund your order less any shipping charges.  If you utilized free shipping, you will pay the cost of that shipping.
