RMA Request

If you are within 14 days of your order, and would like to submit a warranty request, please follow these instructions and understand what may be returned.


What may be returned:

  1. Defective hardware (Atomizers, batteries, chargers)


What may not be returned:

  1. e-Juice
  2. Opened cartridges
  3. Consumables
  4. Syringes
  5. Pipettes
  6. Items that were abused or improperly cared for
  7. Items that were not purchased from ecigexpress.com (We use ultraviolet security markings to confirm that it originated from us)

Returned items MUST BE SECURED IN SUITABLE PACKAGING.  DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS IN A STANDARD ENVELOPE.  The POSTAL machines will mutilate these.  Use padded envelopes, boxes, and put some type of tracking on it.


*IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ATOMIZERS AND BATTERIES:  Atomizer and batteries are CONSUMABLE products, which mean they do not last forever.  Atomizers have a typical lifespan of 2-4 weeks.  Batteries may last longer.  Lifespans vary and are based on how well you maintain your electronic cigarette components.  For example, constantly allowing your atomizer to go dry will REDUCE its lifespan.  Constantly overfilling the atomizer will REDUCE its lifespan.

*Atomizers and burnt taste:  If you allow your atomizer to go dry, the filler material will burn, and that will leave a very bad taste in your atomizer.  This is NOT covered by warranty as it is considered abuse of your atomizer.  If this should occur, you may submerge your atomizer in mouthwash for 10 minutes, agitate repeatedly, rinse with warm water, blow out excess water from the threaded end, set on paper towel with threaded end up, and allow to dry for 48 hours.  This should eliminate the bad taste.
