Shipping
All products are shipped from the United States of America. We are located in WASHINGTON STATE.
We ship our products via USPS(United States Postal Service). Orders will ship via USPS mail service (Either Priority mail or First class mail). Most orders will ship within 24 hours of order placement.
USA CUSTOMERS: Orders of $60 and up are Free. Otherwise it is based on your location. If you receive free shipping, we will choose either first class or priority, based on weight.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA: Shipping cost is based on weight. There is no free shipping for international shipping.
Orders valued over $100 may require signature upon delivery.
We do ship to APO addresses and many International Addresses We ship to most countries.. If you do not see your country on our list, please let us know of your interest and we may add it.
Attention international customers (Customers outside of the USA): You are responsible for knowing the laws within your country before ordering electronic cigarette related products. We are not responsible for customs issues in your country. Canadian orders may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
Under most circumstances, orders placed before 1PM PST will ship the same day with a tracking number to follow. If you ordered during a holiday, or on a long holiday weekend (Such as Labor Day), your order may take an extra day for processing.
Delivery time for USA customers: Most orders will get delivered within 2-7 business days depending on mail class chosen. Any order placed after 1pm PST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. USPS does not deliver packages on holidays or Sundays.
Delivery time for international customers outside of the USA: Delivery time varies, depending on your local customs, weather, distance, and other factors. Please see USPS.COM for estimated delivery times. Package tracking may or may not be available in your country. Although you may receive your package sooner, it is not uncommon for it to take 6 or more weeks for delivery. We do ship packages very timely, so this is solely based on distance and local factors to your country.
Important notice regarding tracking numbers: USPS does not always update their tracking information in a timely manner. If you received a tracking number, it has been shipped. USPS tracking system is outside of our control so please consider this before contacting us about your tracking information.
In the event you provided us with the wrong shipping address, and your package gets returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package. This applies to all orders, regardless if you qualified for free shipping initially. The free shipping only applies to the ORIGINAL order, and not for re-shipping due to customer input of wrong delivery address.
Return Policy
You may return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. You may not return e-juice, liquid products, opened cartridges, powders, crystals, or DIY ingredients for hygienic reasons and therefore it is NON REFUNDABLE.
Ecigarettes are consumable products just like real cigarettes. Continuing to use the ecig will require replacing atomizers, batteries, and e-liquids, just as if you were smoking real cigarettes. Most users save about 50% when compared to traditional cigarette smoking.
We may charge a 20% restocking fee if the original packaging is not in brand new condition.
If you decide to return a product and originally received free shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with initial delivery. For example, if you received free shipping, but it cost us $5.99 to ship the product to you, we will deduct $5.99 from your refund. This may be higher or lower depending on the weight. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
If you would like to return a product for a refund, please contact us immediately. Please provide as many details as possible, including ORDER#, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return.
Also, you MUST ship in a bubble mailer or suitable packaging so that the package arrives intact. If it is NOT PROTECTED and we receive damaged product, you will NOT GET A REFUND. You will be given the option to pay for shipping of damaged product back to you. USPS has sorting machines that will mutilate envelopes. We cannot be responsible if the package was not sent with adequate protection.

Warranty
All electronic cigarette starter kits, atomizers, and batteries come with a 14 day warranty (Unless otherwise specified in the product page, occasionally we may have new products that we offer at a greatly reduced discount, in that case, the warranty information on that product page applies). In the event you require warranty service, please contact us with the details. Please include what is wrong with your item. The customer is responsible for the shipping expenses. We require that you ship your returns via USPS with tracking, in a protective box to ensure further damage does not occur. We will test your item. If we find that there was nothing wrong with the item you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the item is in fact defective or malfunctioning, we will ship back a new item at our expense.
