Please keep in mind that e cigarettes are consumable products, and as such, have a limited lifespan.  Please read the following information regarding our warranty policy.

14 Day warranty on hardware.  Warranty becomes null and void if products were abused, used with incompatible hardware, dropped, crushed, or any damage due to inappropriate usage.  The customer is responsible for shipping the product to us for inspection.  If the product is found to be working within manufacturer specifications it will be shipped back to the customer at his/her expense.  Products that were not purchased from ecigExpress will be returned at customers expense.  We have security markings on all of our hardware to prevent RMA abuse.

What is covered?  The 14 day policy applies to hardware (Batteries, atomizers**, chargers, etc).

What is not covered? e-Juice/e-Liquid that the customer does not like it not covered.  Taste is subjective, and we cannot guarantee that you will like something. 

Warranty Period:  14 days from date of delivery.

e-Juice or e-Liquid are NOT returnable/refundable.  If you do not like a flavor, it may NOT be exchanged.


**Atomizers are consumable products.  The warranty for atomizers may be listed separately on the product page.  If the product page does not indicate a policy, the policy on this page will be followed.
