Product is not to be returned for cash, exchange, or replacement if it was broken due to customer negligence or mishandling.
If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued by ecigexpress.com when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the item. Refunds will be applied directly to the method that was used to make the purchase.
