Liquids
All liquids: e-juice, flavorings, bases (unflavored nicotine or otherwise) are non-refundable, non-returnable after purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS. Claims for leaking bottles of liquids must be received within one week of receiving shipment for any refund/reship to be issued.

 

Hardware (Cartomimzers/Atomizers/Clearomizers/Tanks)
All defective/broken/damaged cartomizers, clearomizers, and atomizers must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receiving shipment. Atomizers and coil heads that have been received in a 5-pack, not individually, have a 30 day manufacturer's warranty period from the time of shipment receipt. Replacement of broken or damaged product is done only if the product is defective or inoperable due to factory mistake OR if product is unused/unopened. Product is not to be returned for refund, exchange, or replacement if it was broken due to customer negligence or mishandling.  Please note that used products WILL NOT be refunded.

Hardware (Starter Kits)

Starter kits are made up of several components all of which have separate warranties.  Atomizers/Cartomizers/Tanks come with a 48 hour DOA warranty.  Batteries typically carry a 30 day warranty (See individual product page for exceptions).  Charging devices carry a 30 day warranty.  Replacement of broken or damaged product is done only if the product is defective or inoperable due to factory mistake OR if product is unused/unopened. Product is not to be returned for refund, exchange, or replacement if it was broken due to customer negligence or mishandling.  Please note that used products WILL NOT be refunded.

Refund Policy

If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued by ecigexpress.com when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the items. Refunds will be applied directly to the method that was used to make the purchase.

Refunds typically take up to 5 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated.
