These empty cartomizers need to be filled with your favorite e-liquid before use.  On average, cartomizers can be refilled 2-6 times. 

Capacity:  In our testing we were able to put 45 drops of e-Liquid into the cartomizer.  The e-Liquid was 50/50 PG/VG base. 

NOTE:  Instructions:  Remove cartomizer from packaging and fill with your favorite e-liquid.  Keep putting drops on the cotton until the material is saturated.  Next, put in the rubber gasket.  Finally, replace with hard cap.  Enjoy!
